Price Broken-Inn Ranch is located in the piney woods of East Texas approximately 10 miles from Grapeland, Texas and 12 miles from Crockett, Texas overlooking Houston County Lake.  The mission of PB-Inn Ranch is to become one of the finest horse ranches in East Texas; breeding and raising Tennessee Walking Horses.

The Ranch is located on the Grapeland side of Houston County Lake and consists of 6 separate tracks of land.
